Music Notes: Jackson's will and rehearsal pictures turn up, Vibe folds

- Even though his parents have said they believe Michael Jackson died without a valid will, multiple reports are confirming that a will (from 2002) does exist. Meanwhile, Jackson's body will be transported to Neverland Ranch for a public viewing on Friday. A private service is planned for Sunday, while the question of where Jackson will finally be buried is yet to be answered. [CNN, Associated Press via Yahoo]

- Vibe Magazine has folded. [Gawker]

- R.E.M. will release a four-song EP on July 7, titled Reckoning Songs from the Olympia. The songs, from 1984's Reckoning, were recorded at live gigs in Dublin in July 2007. The band will also release a live double album this fall, simply titled Live at the Olympia. [Pitchfork]
