This Week's Music (June 23, 2009)

Welcome back to the weekly new music roundup, where I will try highlighting some of tomorrow's interesting/major music releases. Word of warning - this is a slightly less extensive list than usual since I'm on vacation. If you feel I've missed anything major in this post, please feel free to point it out in the comments, so that others are aware of what else is coming out this week. I'll be back to posting my usual new music round-ups next week!

There's an interesting batch of new releases this week. The most notable new release is Regina Spektor's Far. But we also have new stuff from Dinosaur Jr., Pete Yorn, and... Cheap Trick. The Lemonheads are releasing Varshons, an album that consists of covers.

You can also get deluxe reissues for classic albums by R.E.M. and Def Leppard.
