Costello To Play Two Free Amoeba Shows

Elvis Costello fans in California have something special to look forward to this month. To celebrate the release of his newest album Secret, Profane & Sugarcane, Costello is playing two free shows at Amoeba Records locations in two cities on the same day. On Monday, June 22, the singer-songwriter will perform at noon in San Francisco and at 8:00PM in Los Angeles. The appearances will include a CD signing, and those purchasing Costello's new album onsite will receive a commemorative poster.

The singer-songwriter's LA performance will be streamed live on Amoeba's website; both performances will later be posted on the site. Secret, Profane & Sugarcane was released June 2 on Here Music. [Billboard][Amoeba Records]
