Eddie Cibrian is the newest member of the CSI: Miami cast. The thesp has signed on to join the procedural drama as a regular cast member in the upcoming eighth season.
Cibrian's character will be an officer from Hollywood who relocates to Miami and joins Horatio Caine's (David Caruso) team. The character will not replace Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez), whose fate was left in question at the end of last season's finale. Show producers have confirmed that Rodriguez will be returning next season.
