Winona Says Heathers Sequel in the Works

In an US Magazine interview, Winona Ryder has confirmed that a sequel to the cult classic film Heathers is currently in the works.  According to Ryder, writer Dan Waters and director Michael Lehman have a story in mind and Christian Slater will return as "a kind of Obi-Wan character."  Slater's character blew himself up at the end of the 1988 dark comedy, which also starred Ryder and Shannen Doherty.
