TV News: ABC to add shows to Hulu

ABC has announced that it will join FOX and NBC by adding its TV shows to Hulu, which has recently become the third most-popular video website behind YouTube and FOX Interactive Media. ABC shows like Desperate Housewives, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Lost could be added to the site by this summer.

ABC is no stranger to streaming its programs on the web — plenty of shows like Scrubs can already be viewed online at ABC.com. But according to The New York Times, the network hopes to reach out to a larger audience. This move now leaves CBS as the only major network without a significant presence on Hulu.
